OSCE Live Companion
A companion for practising OSCE role-plays out loud: live transcription, prompts on what to ask next, and a structured handover draft when you finish.
In development — not available to buyNo price is set. It is a practice and documentation aid for training; it suggests and drafts, you decide.

Ghost-mode prompting
Reads the transcript and suggests what to ask next. Suggestions wait for you to confirm them; letting it fill things in is opt-in. Prompting can be set to full, moderate, low or off.
Health-psychology edition
Practice modes for motivational interviewing, ACT, pain psychoeducation and symptom retraining, shaped as 20-minute interventions, plus 5Ps formulation practice. Each has a phase clock, prompts and a handover lead-in.
Live transcription
Speech-to-text runs on your own computer, with no cloud service and no telemetry, and it can tell one voice from two. It needs the desktop app: a web page cannot reach it.
Session playback
Reopen a saved practice session, read its timed transcript and export it. The console also saves a transcript and a report of which areas you covered.
Rule-based ISBAR drafts
Turns the transcript into an ISBAR handover, a prose summary and a spoken script using fixed rules, not an AI model. The same session always gives the same draft, and every document is marked DRAFT.
Runs on your own device
Transcription runs on your computer. The speech engine listens only on your own machine, with no cloud service and no telemetry, and saved sessions stay in a folder next to the app.
Without the desktop app, the web console can use your browser’s built-in speech recognition instead. Your browser’s own privacy terms then apply.
Not ready yet
- A clinical-governance review of the prompts, the handover drafts and the practice modes.
- An IP and licensing review of the practice modes and the diagnostic criteria summaries.
- A review of exam-derived checklists and station timings.
- A privacy review of local session storage, audio handling and consent wording.
- A signed, notarised installer. The current build is unsigned, so no one else can install it yet.
- Fixes to parts of the app that are still unfinished.
- A way to buy it. There is no price until the reviews pass, a signed download exists and access can be granted.
