Refund policy

Study programs (OSCE, NPE, DSM-5-TR)

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase for any reason. No justification required. Email support@mindspan.com.au from the address used at checkout and include your purchase number.

On refund, your access to the program is revoked immediately. Any downloaded PDFs remain in your possession, but re-download and continued use are not licensed after refund. This is a condition of the refund.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (subject to Stripe and your bank's processing times).

After 14 days

Refunds after 14 days are assessed case by case. If a technical fault on our end has prevented you from accessing the material you paid for, we will either fix the fault or refund, at your option.

Consulting services (individual consults)

Individual consults are refundable up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Within 48 hours: 50% refund or reschedule (your choice). Non-attendance without notice: no refund. This is a standard clinical cancellation policy and is additionally disclosed at the time of booking.

Chargebacks and disputes

If you have a concern, please email us first. A chargeback initiated without contacting us will still result in entitlement revocation and may limit future purchases. We would much rather resolve the issue directly.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, you are entitled to a remedy for major failures and reasonable compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss.
