How Anxiety & Exposure works

The course engine in two minutes — read, do, check, and lock each lesson in before moving on.

READRead through, then lock it in — the continue button unlocks after the consolidation below.

Anxiety & Exposure runs on the same Mindspan course engine as the OSCE Prep program. It is a patient psychoeducation course on anxiety and graded exposure: how avoidance quietly keeps anxiety strong, how to read your triggers and rate distress on the SUDS scale, and how to build an exposure ladder and a SMART plan to take to your treating clinician — general education, not therapy.

  • READ lessons: work through the material; reaching the end (or the read timer) plus a short consolidation unlocks continue.
  • DO lessons: exercises — matching, ordered flows, committed decisions — the continue button unlocks when you have finished them.
  • CHECK lessons: graded checkpoints with a pass mark; your best attempt is kept.
  • Progress, streaks and pacing save to your profile — or to this device until you create one.
  • The palette button in the course chrome switches themes (Aurora · Academic · Neural flow, light/dark/system) and remembers your choice.

Exercise · Recall

Close your eyes if it helps. Say it out loud or on paper FIRST — then reveal and compare. The gap you find is the learning.

From memory: what are the three lesson modes, and what does each one require before you can continue?

Printing is disabled for this material — it stays available on-site under your account, with your progress saved.

Key points — check yourself before moving on

  • Know the READ → DO → CHECK lesson rhythm
  • Know that every lesson ends with consolidation before the continue button unlocks
  • Know where your progress lives and how it follows you
